Sādhanā is a five-day yoga and wellness retreat in the Himalayas designed for deep rest, emotional release, and inner realignment through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and sacred rituals.

Day 1: Arrival • Grounding • Opening the Space

Afternoon

Guests arrive, check in, and take time to settle into the calm Himalayan surroundings. A nourishing lunch at the retreat is followed by rest, unpacking, and gentle acclimatisation.

Evening

The retreat opens with a welcoming circle for introductions and intention setting, easing everyone into the shared space. This is followed by Ho’oponopono scripting and Tratak Kriya, leading into a deeply calming sound bath immersion to release mental clutter and arrive fully into the present moment.

Night

Enjoy dinner at leisure and a restful night.

Morning

The day begins with yoga asana and pranayama, followed by chanting and a riverside meditation supported by gentle sound healing. Breakfast is served at the retreat.

Afternoon

Guests explore the cultural and spiritual heart of Dharamshala, visiting McLeod Ganj, Dharamkot village, the ropeway, Bhagsunath Temple, Dalai Lama Temple, and the Church of St. John in the Wilderness. Lunch is enjoyed at Sukoon Café in Dharamkot, followed by a relaxed return to the retreat and evening tea.

Evening

A powerful 7-chakra chanting and chakra balancing sound healing immersion supports energetic alignment and emotional release.

Night

Dinner at the retreat features a traditional Himachali Dham, offering a grounding and nourishing close to the day.

Morning

Morning practice includes yoga, pranayama, and chanting in the shaala, followed by a flute meditation by the river. Breakfast is served thereafter.

Afternoon

Guests may choose from optional Ayurvedic consultations, massage sessions, or an art workshop, followed by guided reflective journaling and lunch. Post-lunch, the group visits sacred sites including Gyuto Monastery, Chamunda Devi Shakti Peeth, Aghanjari Mahadev Temple, and the Norbulingka Institute, concluding with time in the serene Kharota Valley.

Evening

Sundowner dinner at Toral Café offers breathtaking sunset views, subject to group energy and timing.

Night

The evening is dedicated to deep inner healing through a release ritual, cord-cutting ceremony, guided yoga nidra, intuitive journaling, and immersive sound therapy.

Morning

The day opens with yoga, pranayama, and chanting, followed by a mindful village walk and breakfast.

Afternoon

Guests may explore nearby temples and viewpoints such as Galu Temple or choose to rest, journal, and integrate their experiences. Lunch is served at the retreat, followed by personal downtime.

Evening

A gentle hatha flow yoga session and guided yoga nidra with sound bowls support deep relaxation and integration.

Night

The retreat concludes with a celebration dinner, live music, shared laughter, and soulful connections.

Morning

After breakfast, guests check out and depart, carrying lighter hearts, calmer minds, and a renewed sense of self.
